Business Development and Project Formulation Services

Standards and Criteria Interpretations and Monitoring. Monitor, interpret and plan support relative to work product designs that comply with current and emerging national and international criteria and specifications.

Proposal Design and Production Support. Assist geospatial firms in obtaining federal government contracts through proposal production support, including document preparation; red-team reviews of in-progress documents and supporting collaboration with an emphasis on generating winning proposals; and assistance in proposal transitions from SF254/255 to SF330 formats.

Staffing Analysis. Conduct project and organization staffing and/or partner team analysis for optimal performance, positioning and business development.

Workflow Planning and Process Design. Create and document complex interdisciplinary work procedures that translate isolated mapping component projects into complete information and knowledge solutions.

• Solution Design for Spatial Dataset Integration. Develop planning and design of complex information and knowledge solution tools that leverage multiple forms of mapping data with databases from both public and private sources.

Credentialing. Provide Certified Photogrammetrist, Certified Mapping Scientist, Licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Licensed Surveyor credentials.


Tactical, Technical and Project-Based Services

Software Requirements Specifications and Implementation Plans. Work with software development and system integration firms to develop specifications; understand and interpret end-user requirements; and plan successful development, documentation and support strategies for geospatial projects and programs.

Quality Assurance/Quality Control Programs. Establish QA/QC procedures by employing statistical monitoring and tracking for data conversion, mapping and GIS implementation programs.

Specification Development. Develop complete survey, photogrammetry, GIS and data conversion specifications. Provide clients with internal support to manage and QA deliveries of technical map products, systems, software and services.

Land Records Management Systems. Advise organizations developing specifications and strategies within Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for land ownership, taxation, registration and recordation.

Project Management. Coordinate large mapping conversion and information management projects including providing or developing specifications, contracting, conducting client seminars, performing quality assurance operations, creating concept design and marketing.

Employee Training, Mentoring and Development. Assist firms to enhance their knowledge of business-based effectiveness in GIS, mapping production and the management of technical and project teams and staff.

Photo Interpretation and Imagery Analysis. Assist individuals and organizations involved in the environmental or insurance sectors by providing expert witness testimony involving photo interpretation and imagery analysis.

High Resolution Satellite Imagery. Licensed reseller of GeoEye and DigitalGlobe high resolution satellite imagery.

LiDAR and Digital Aerial Imagery Processing. Provide processing of LiDAR data and ADS40, DMC and UltraCam digital imagery.
